Steve Lindsey, who was invited to the Washington Redskins rookie camp in April 2002, joined the Arena Football League2 Mohegan Wolves during the 2003 season. Lindsey plays center on offense and noseguard on defense.

The Wolves reached the second round of the playoffs after beating the Cape Fear Wildcats in an opening round contest but lost to the Tennessee Valley Vipers Friday night by a 47-30 score. The team will be playing in Manchester, N.H. beginning with the 2004 season.
